the room was very clean. the staff were helpful. i also enjoyed the multiple bars available. the price seemed reasonable.
the bathroom lights came on automatically at night. there was no way to switch them off, i found this annoying. the layout at the bar felt confusing, and speakers played music everywhere.

Amazing Stay, Home Away From Home!

I stayed for a couple of nights and loved every minute! The staff members were very cute, friendly, and helpful. I had a minor issue. The staff resolved it very promptly. The hotel also has great parking.
The bathroom was quite small. There wasn't much room to place toiletries.

The hotel boasts really good facilities, including free parking for all guests. This made arrival and departure very easy. The rooms included heating guests controlled, also flooring was heated in the bathroom, so I felt warm. There is a coffee machine in the room too.

The breakfast and dinners were AMAZING!!! The staff went beyond expectations to ensure I had gluten-free food. The in-house bar had good options and was perfect for a relaxing evening. There are two bars that are very cosy with fires.

The hotel offered good views of Royal Portrush golf club. I appreciated this very much. The location is perfect for exploring the area. Parking is easily accessible, this is very beneficial to those who enjoy driving.

The staff were helpful at reception.
The room was really tiny. The layout was not good. There was no plug near the mirror. I also heard a really loud vibrating noise coming from outside all night, like a generator.
